Terms and Conditions for Returning Merchandise Purchased Online
Pioneer Linens has been in business for 100 years. We are committed to courteous service and total customer satisfaction. However, we do understand that sometimes you may need to return certain merchandise. If that is the case, we will accept a return under the following conditions:
Pioneer Linens will gladly accept returns on new and unused merchandise within 21 days of receipt of order. There are no returns or exchanges on items 21 days after purchased. All returns must come back in "shelf ready" condition, which means we can put it back on our shelf and sell it to the next customer who would like to purchase it. All merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags and inserts included. Due to supplier restrictions, we cannot accept a return or exchange with any indication that it has been used or handled. Laundered items will not be accepted.
Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to all returned merchandise. Merchandise exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. However, after a client makes up to 3 returns in a year there will be a 10% restocking fee added to the return even if the client is making an exchange, plus additional shipping charges on all exchange orders.
Free Shipping Promotions and Offers: Any items returned that were originally sent using free shipping offers will be credited to your original form of payment minus any delivery, handling, shipping costs, and restocking fees.
Please allow up to 15 days for Pioneer Linens to receive, inspect, and process your return.
Cancelled Orders will be treated as returned merchandise and are subject to the above conditions, unless otherwise noted. To avoid the 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders, please advise the your sales associate for a store credit or to change your order for a different home decor product.
If your merchandise was received damaged or incorrect due to an error on the part of Pioneer Linens, please call us at 1.800.207.5463 to receive a pre-paid UPS Call Tag. You will be refunded all costs (including shipping).
If we receive returns that do not comply with our policy, they will be sent back without any credit issued. This decision is based on our company and the manufacturer's judgment.
All Specials Orders and items shipped outside of the United States are non-returnable. Special orders include, but are not limited to, items that are not featured on our website. Special orders are defined as merchandise designed to our customer's specification. It is an item that is customized in a certain color, size, embellished design, or monogramming according to our customer's wishes. Pioneer Linens reserves the right to inspect and refuse all items that are not acceptable for returns.
