We ask for ASID members to present a current re-sale certificate to register with Pioneer Linens designer program.

Our experienced sales staff are always happy to assist you by email or phone with all your designing needs. We offer sample swatches by request.

Pioneer Linens Designer Program

If you’re a professional designer who would like to collaborate with us, feel free to email customerservice@pioneerlinens.com a current annual resale certificate and an annual w9. Once the credentials are reviewed and verified, consider yourself part of the Pioneer Linens family! Being part of our Designer Program grants you benefits full retail stocked items or monogramming options.

Please Note: In order to receive these benefits, you MUST hold an Interior Design License and directly order and pay for the item in full. The re-sale certificate must list interior designer as a service, which is also listed on the re-sale description. Sales paid directly by the client will not include the trade discount and, if delivered in Florida, will not include tax exemption.

If you are a designer with a Florida re-sale certificate, in-state purchases are tax exempt. If you hold an active re-sale certificate from another state, then sales you’ve bought from us in store or have delivered in the state of Florida will have tax applied to the sale. All orders shipped outside of Florida are tax exempt.

A 3% freight fee is applied to the total of the sale for additional product ordered to the store or if product is sent to a client directly. If orders include” pillows, comforters, benches, rugs, hampers, towels, robes, bulk items, then the order will include a 6% freight fee of total sales.

All custom-made products are final sale. All orders of stocked goods are subject to a 10% re-stocking, plus a return freight fee is applicable.
