The weekend of June 22, 2018, Pioneer Linens took our decor on the road to Newport, Rhode Island for the 23rd annual Newport Flower Show, at Rosecliff.
The Newport Flower Show is the kick-off event for summer in Newport, Rhode Island. This year's theme was "Cottages: Smart and Small." The front lawn at Rosecliff mansion featured Tiny Homes and Gardens with the focus of the growing trend to down size. One of the highlights during the weekend was the festive soiree the Newport Preservation Society hosts the first evening of the Flower Show. The cocktail party is for the local residents of Newport to shop the vendor booths before the crowds arrive over the weekend to the big event.
Martha Stewart was the special guest at the event speaking on gardening and signing her newest book "Martha’s Flowers."
The weekend was non-stop with all of the guests coming from all over the New England coasts to see the beautiful horticulture, exquisite gems, home decor and clothing. Having a booth at the show was so much fun because of the surprised look on our clients faces to see our booth at the show!
